Builds and maintains the internal platform that powers every customer deployment, solving multi-tenant infrastructure, observability, and reliability challenges once so they compound across engagements. The systems engineering role behind the product, owning cloud infra, evaluation pipelines, and the tooling that turns field learning into reusable leverage.

Owns named PE fund relationships and drives the full commercial motion from discovery through close, partnering directly with engineering to scope and deliver. Sells by fluency in operational and financial detail, not pipeline management, built on a background in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting.
